I am a wife to my amazing husband, Jeremy, and a mommy to 2-year-old Grace and 3-month-old Norah. They are my world, and I love them so much! As long as I can remember, I wanted to get married and have kids, so I guess you could say my dream came true. But, as everything in life does, both marriage and motherhood has its ups and downs. One thing I've learned over the years is that no matter what life throws your way, God is always constant. My personal relationship with Jesus is what holds me steady through all of life's adventures. He is my rock.
Professionally, I graduated from college with a degree in Communication with a concentration in public speaking. I know, who likes to speak in public, right?! Believe it or not, I kind of enjoy it...not that I actually do it very much...in fact, I'm not sure I can remember the last time. But, I enjoy talking, both publicly and just in general. Considering I spend most of my days communicating with children under 3, this blog is a way for me "speak" more publicly at a higher than 3-year-old level. Really it's just a way for me to share my thoughts and ideas and feel like I'm a part of the world outside of poopy diapers, spit-up, runny noses, temper tantrums and all the other things that come along with being a stay-at-home mom!
